SIXITY WARRANTY POLICY

Products covered by this Warranty include the following powersport components manufactured by Sixity: Sixity Axles, Sixity Brake Pads, Sixity Drive Belts, and Sixity Wheel Spacers; and the following automotive components: Sixity Wheel Spacers, Sixity Wheel Adapters, Sixity Lift Supports, Sixity Wheel Bearing & Hub Assemblies, Sixity Suspension Lift Leveling Kits, Sixity Lug Nuts, and Sixity Wiper Blades sold on Sixity.com or SixityAuto.com, by phone, or from Sixity marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, or any other online marketplace where Sixity or Sixity Auto sells products. Products may be added or removed from this list at any time.

The Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service.

This Warranty expires on the earlier of (a) twelve (12) months after the date of purchase of the Product by the customer, i.e., at midnight on the anniversary date of the Purchase, or (b) the date upon which the purchaser sells or otherwise transfers ownership of the vehicle in which the Product was installed. The Warranty on a replacement Product provided by Sixity will extend for the balance of the warranty period on the original Product.

If the Product fails to meet this Warranty, the sole remedy is the free replacement of the Product, or component of the Product, shown to Sixity’s satisfaction to be defective. Sixity reserves the right to accept or reject any product presented for warranty coverage. All warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Only one warranty exchange is allowed on a single purchase.

This warranty is only applicable to Products (i) when installed on vehicles as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the vehicle, and (ii) for wheel spacers and adapters only, when installed by a certified mechanic. Wheel adapters and spacers are not allowed in all areas for street and/or highway use. Be sure to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations when installing vehicle modifications such as wheel spacers and adapters.

This warranty does not cover Products: (i) used in police cars, race cars, taxis, car sharing service vehicles, commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, governmental vehicles, or modified vehicles; (ii) subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or maintenance, or incorrect application (iii) that have been modified by the customer or altered from the OEM specifications such as performance enhancements to the engine, lowering kits, tires, wheel, or suspension components; (iv) that are obsolete parts no longer available from Sixity, (v) exposed to racing fuels, blends, and additives; (vi) damaged as a result of casualty (including without limitation fire, flood, and collision) to the vehicle in which they were installed, (vii) subject to normal product lifetime wear such as worn brake pads, axle boots, or wiper blades that perform poorly after their useful life, (viii) that have been transferred to a vehicle other than the one on which it was originally installed; or (ix) purchased from online marketplaces where the seller is not Sixity or Sixity Auto.

The warranty remedy does not include, and no payment will be made, for any shipping costs to and from Sixity or for the cost of labor for removal, installation, pickup, and delivery. Sixity reserves the right to repair or replace, or refund partial or full the original Product purchase price in lieu of replacement. Sixity will not ship warranty replacement products to Alaska, Hawaii, or to any foreign country outside the United States. In these cases, refunds will be made in lieu of replacement.

The warranty excludes third-party-branded Products (e.g., products manufactured by Gates, NGK, DENSO, etc.) which are subject to their own warranty terms. Please refer to sixity.com/warranties or sixityauto.com/warranties for more information on warranties offered by third-party manufacturers.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND IN NO EVENT WILL SIXITY HAVE LIABILITY FOR, ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, MECHANIC CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES, OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM ANY FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT.

This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any defect in or failure of the Product and the total liability of Sixity Powersports and Sixity Auto. SIXITY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Any implied warranties that may apply are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special, or consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Sixity does not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions, or exclusions of this warranty. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect. Sixity reserves the right to modify the conditions of this warranty at Sixity’s discretion.

To initiate a warranty claim, download and fill out the form below, carefully following the instructions. This warranty form claim must be completed and the part sent within 30 days of part failure.
