Q: How do I know which part is right for my vehicle?

Q: Which type of brake pad should I buy?

A: Sixity carries different styles of motorcycle and ATV brake pads. See our Selection Guide for more details.

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

A: No, unfortunately we do not offer local pickups at this time. However, with our fast and free shipping, your order will be shipped within one business day, saving you time and gas money.

Q: Do you charge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii?

A: Yes and no. For orders under $50, shipping is free! For orders $50 and over shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, a delivery fee will be added. Click here to read the full details.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Sixity accepts payments via PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks. You can also pay for your Sixity purchase using your Amazon account through Amazon Pay, or by using Klarna. We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or cash. Q: Do you charge sales tax on orders?

A: By law, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders based on your shipping address, and the amount will be displayed during checkout.

Q: Can I return an order I’ve received?

Q: Do Sixity products come with a warranty?

A: All Sixity-branded products sold on Sixity.com and SixityAuto.com feature the Sixity One-Year Warranty. You can read more about this here. Q: Will installing an aftermarket part void my vehicle warranty?

A: No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prevents a vehicle manufacturer from voiding the warranty on a vehicle based on an aftermarket part unless it can be proven that the part was the cause of or significant contributor to the failure of the vehicle. Learn More

Q: Are you a U.S. operated business or do you outsource to other countries?

A: Sixity is proud to be a U.S.-owned and operated business. All customer service questions are answered locally by personnel in our California or Indiana offices. We won't send your phone call or e-mail to be answered halfway around the world by someone who knows nothing about cars, trucks, motorcycles, and ATVs. Our knowledgeable sales staff have years of experience and immediate access to the products we sell to help you find the right part for your vehicle.
