Sixity offers an assortment of refurbished parts at a discount from our standard pricing.

How do I identify a part as refurbished?

Every refurbished part includes "Refurbished" prominently in the item title, and the description directly underneath the title. Under the "More Info" tab on a product's page you will find the condition of the product labeled as "Refurbished." Unless you see these identifiers clearly marked on a product, the product is brand new.

What is a refurbished part?

A refurbished part is any part that may have been returned by a customer in like-new condition or a new product that has superficial wear from shipping or handling in our warehouses. Each part has been individually inspected and recertified by trained staff. All refurbished parts should function as well as a new part.

What is the difference between a refurbished part and a new part?

Refurbished parts may include visible minor cosmetic wear, and they may not arrive in original packaging. Each refurbished part includes all components of a new part, and there should be no difference in performance between a refurbished and new part.

Do refurbished parts come with a warranty?

Yes! All Sixity refurbished parts include the same great one-year warranty that is present on new parts. Visit our warranty page for more information.

How can I find out if a refurbished part is available for my vehicle?

When shopping on Sixity.com, look for the "Condition" filter on a category page or search results page. Select "Refurbished" to see the available options. If you do not see "Condition" as a filter, then no refurbished parts in that category are available.

Why do you sell refurbished parts for a discount if they perform like new?

Because refurbished parts may ship in different packaging, and may show minor cosmetic wear, we feel it's important to provide customers with these parts at a discount.
