Purchases on Sixity.com ship for free to the lower 48 states, and we strive to ship every package within one business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Your package will ship USPS, FedEx, or UPS. A tracking number and tracking link will be provided. Please note that sometimes it takes an additional day after tracking information is provided before the tracking link becomes active. We currently do not offer expedited shipping or shipping outside of the United States. Deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer.

Interested in returning a product? Make sure to read through our Return Policy by clicking
here. If you received a product you did not order or an item that does not fit a vehicle as advertised, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to make it right. If you simply no longer want a product you purchased and the item is unopened, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Open items may be charged an additional 15% re-stocking fee. Parts that have been installed and/or used are not eligible for return due to safety concerns with used parts.
