EBAY RETURNS

Many of the parts we sell at Sixity only work with specific vehicles. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right product for your vehicle. Feel free to contact us with any product or fitment questions.

If you need to initiate a return on your Sixity purchase that you made on eBay.com, please follow these instructions:

• Login to your account at eBay.com to view your purchase history.
• Locate the Sixity order in your eBay purchase history.
• Select "Return this item" from the More actions drop-down menu.
• Select a return reason, such as "No longer needed."
• Follow the instructions from eBay on returning your product.  

If you have already returned your order, we will process your refund request within 3 business days of receiving the product. If, after following the online returns process, you require additional help with your return, feel free to contact us via email with any questions.
